Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible transport to and from our day service for individuals across Stretford, Manchester, Trafford and the wider Greater Manchester area. Transport is arranged around each person's individual needs and location. An additional fee applies depending on distance and mobility requirements. Please contact us to discuss availability and to arrange a route.

We support adults with a wide range of needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, brain injuries, physical disabilities and other additional support needs. Our service is person-centred, meaning every individual is supported around their own abilities, interests and goals. We welcome adults who benefit from social stimulation, structured routine, activities and community connection, as well as those whose families or carers need reliable daytime support.

Costs vary depending on the number of attendance days, the level of support required, transport needs and individual circumstances. Some individuals may be eligible for funding through their local authority or personal health budget. We are happy to discuss costs openly and help you understand the options available. Our activities are designed to promote wellbeing, confidence and social connection. They include arts and crafts, music sessions, gentle exercise and movement, themed days, quiz and memory games, gardening, cooking activities and regular community outings. Activities are adapted to each person's interests and abilities, so no two days are exactly the same. We aim to make every session enjoyable, meaningful and stimulating.

Yes. Alongside the main day service (Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm), extra relief support may be available in the early morning, from around 8am, and into the evening, until around 7pm. These additional sessions are subject to availability and current capacity. Please contact us to discuss whether early morning or evening support is suitable for your situation.

There are three simple steps. 1) Get in touch by phone, email or our contact form — there is no obligation. 2) A member of our team will usually respond within one working day to discuss the person's needs and answer your questions. 3) We invite you to visit our Stretford centre to meet the team and see the facilities before you make any decision. We take time to understand each person individually before they join.

Yes, we can support adults with a range of community activities, including attending appointments, shopping trips, social outings and visits to local amenities across Manchester and Trafford. Community support helps individuals remain active, connected and independent. This service is available alongside or separately from the day service, depending on individual needs and availability. Yes. Safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. Our experienced team provides consistent, person-centred support in a safe, welcoming environment, and we follow safeguarding good practice. Familiar staff, consistent routines and a warm, non-institutional atmosphere help people feel comfortable, secure and genuinely valued. Yes, freshly prepared meals and refreshments are available as part of the day service. We aim to provide nutritious, enjoyable food that caters to individual preferences. When making an enquiry, please let us know about any dietary requirements, allergies, cultural preferences or texture needs so we can plan accordingly. Good food is an important part of the day and we take it seriously.

Our day service is based on Barton Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 9PA, and is easily accessible from across Greater Manchester. We support adults and families from Stretford, Trafford, Salford, Urmston, Sale, Altrincham, Wythenshawe and surrounding areas of Manchester. Transport is available across these areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch and we will advise.

Adult day services of our type are not required to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), so this service is not CQC-regulated. We take the safety and wellbeing of everyone we support seriously and follow safeguarding good practice. We have provided day care across Manchester and Trafford since 2016, and we are always happy to talk through how the service is run.
